Cancellation Policy – Kemi Tours Egypt 

At Kemi Tours Egypt , we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering the costs incurred in arranging your trip.

1. General Cancellation Terms:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a %10 administrative fee.

• 15-30 days before departure: %25 cancellation fee applies.

• 7-14 days before departure: %50 of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund available.

2. Cancellation by the Customer:

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@kemitours.net and via WhatsApp to +201004643922 .

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days.

Some bookings (e.g., flights, hotels, cruises, or special tours) may have non-refundable components.

3. Cancellation by the Company:

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, government restrictions), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Last-Minute Changes:

Changes to travel dates are subject to availability and possible rebooking fees.
